Typical deals were early 1980’s vintage multi-family apartment complexes in the southeast region of the US, ranging from 200 to 400 units, with some value-added component.
- Responsible for oversight of over 1,500 multi-family units across four states, including quarterly site visits and project review with onsite staff, regional directors, and construction teams.

- Supervised Financial Monitoring for 13 third party properties across the US, reporting to bondholders, property managers, and Housing Finance Authorities. Reviewed audited financial statements and prepared summaries comparing results to underwriter’s projections, the property’s annual budget and prior years.
- Created budgeting system for entire company, using macro-driven Excel template. Led on-site training to implement the budget. In depth review of all property level and corporate level budgets at year end.
